These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Annologue, an iOS application published by Octet Méditerranée. By downloading or using Annologue, you agree to these terms.

Use of the app

Annologue is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use Annologue to import, play, highlight, annotate, and manage audiobook files that you have the right to use.

You are responsible for ensuring that any audiobook files you import into Annologue are content you are lawfully permitted to use. Annologue does not verify the ownership or licensing of imported files.

Intellectual property

Annologue and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Octet Méditerranée. All rights are reserved.

Audiobook files imported into Annologue remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Annologue does not grant you any rights to audiobook content you import.

LibriVox content

Annologue may provide an interface for browsing and downloading public-domain audiobooks from LibriVox. Content available through LibriVox is in the public domain or made available under open licences. You are responsible for complying with any applicable licence terms.

Annologue is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LibriVox.

Exports and backups

Annologue may allow you to export audiobooks, highlights, annotations, metadata, or backups. You are responsible for how you use, store, or share any content you export from the app.

Disclaimer of warranties

Annologue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Octet Méditerranée does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

You use Annologue at your own risk. Octet Méditerranée is not responsible for any loss of audiobook files, highlights, annotations, or other data that may result from use of the app.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Octet Méditerranée shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Annologue.

Changes to the app

Octet Méditerranée may update, modify, or discontinue Annologue or any part of it at any time without notice.

Changes to these terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Annologue after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
